Description

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for international roles, including sourcing, screening, and conducting HR interviews.

Responsibilities

  • Full-cycle recruitment: manage the process from sourcing to onboarding for global positions.
  • Source candidates using various channels and advanced sourcing techniques.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and international teams.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment documentation.
  • Support recruitment strategy and provide recommendations for process improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in global sourcing and full-cycle recruitment.
  • Experience conducting HR interviews.
  • Fluent in English (mandatory).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
  • Previous experience in a B2C environment is a plus.
