We’re hiring: CISO (CISO as a Service)
Are you an experienced CISO who wants to make a real impact, not just in one company, but across a range of organizations?
We’re looking for a senior security leader to join our team as a virtual CISO for a growing portfolio of SMB and SME clients. This is a consulting role with real influence on how companies prepare for, deal with, and recover from cyber threats.
What you’ll be doing:
- Building and leading security programs for multiple organizations
- Owning policies, procedures, risk assessments, and security work plans
- Helping clients meet requirements across GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST, DORA, and other frameworks
- Preparing clients for internal, external, and regulatory audits
- Running executive cyber drills and tabletop exercises
- Supporting incident response when needed
- Working with leadership, IT teams, and employees to strengthen security awareness and culture
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years of experience as a CISO or InfoSec consultant, ideally with SMB/SME clients
- Strong knowledge of local and international compliance and regulatory requirements
- Solid experience writing policies, risk assessments, and security plans
- Comfortable working with executives, boards, and technical teams
- Independent and organized, with the ability to manage several client relationships at once
- Willingness to travel to client sites across the country
Nice to have:
- Certifications like CISM, CISA, CISSP, or ISO Lead Auditor
- Technical background in development, infrastructure, or system administration
- Previous consulting or client-facing experience
- Strong English
