Role Description

This is an on-site, part-time role for an Audio Engineer at Knob Productions’ Tel Aviv studio. The Audio Engineer will be responsible for recording and editing podcasts, managing microphone setups, operating audio-visual (AV) systems, and ensuring optimal acoustics for recordings. Additional responsibilities include performing sound design tasks and basic video editing to deliver polished final productions. Collaboration with the broader creative team will also be key to maintaining the highest audio standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Audio Engineering, including experience with recording, editing, and processing audio material.
• Solid understanding of microphones and proper setup for capturing high-quality audio.
• Expertise in Sound Design and creating immersive audio environments tailored to different media formats.
• Familiarity with Audio-Visual (AV) systems and knowledge of Acoustics for optimizing sound quality in a studio environment.
• Basic video editing skills to complement audio production tasks.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment.
• Experience within the music or media production industry preferred.
• Knowledge of current trends in audio production and podcasting is a plus.
