We're growing — and we're looking for a sharp, driven Recruitment Coordinator to join our team and help us place top-tier Data & AI talent with Israel's leading enterprises.

The Role

You'll own the end-to-end recruitment process for our clients — sourcing, screening, and placing Data & AI professionals in outsourced positions across our enterprise client portfolio. You'll work closely with hiring managers on both sides: our clients and our internal team.

What You'll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for Data & AI roles (Data Engineers, BI Developers, Data Scientists, etc.)
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and your existing network
• Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and present qualified candidates to clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and client stakeholders
• Write compelling job posts and manage job listings across platforms
• Track pipelines, update ATS, and report on recruitment metrics
• Stay sharp on market trends in the Data & AI talent space

What We're Looking For

✅ 2+ years of recruitment experience at a technology services / staffing company

✅ Proven experience recruiting for outsourced / embedded positions with enterprise clients

✅ Strong understanding of technical roles — Data, BI, AI, or Software Engineering

✅ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Hebrew and English

✅ Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple open roles simultaneously

✅ Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS tools

Bonus Points

⭐ Existing network in the Israeli Data & AI talent market ⭐ Experience recruiting for financial sector clients ⭐ Familiarity with Data Engineering or BI tools (Snowflake, DBT, Qlik, etc.)

Work Model 📍 Tel Aviv | Hybrid — 2 days remote per week
