We are seeking an Experienced System Administrator to join our team and take ownership of our IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security across all systems.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot servers, virtualization environments, and network infrastructure
• Provide hands-on support for Windows/Linux operating systems
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements
• Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, Exchange/365, and other enterprise tools
• Manage backups, disaster recovery procedures, and security policies
• Deploy and support hardware, software, and networking equipment
• Collaborate with IT teams to deliver reliable and scalable infrastructure solutions
• Document configurations, procedures, and system changes

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and/or Linux environments
• Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware / Hyper‑V)
• Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Firewalls)
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Office 365 administration
• Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure/AWS)
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
