Project Manager

An Israeli-founded technology company specializes in high-performance voice-focusing and Beamforming solutions designed for extremely noisy environments.

Backed by a major global consumer optics and lifestyle corporation, the company integrates advanced signal processing with embedded hardware to redefine audio clarity in wearable and communication devices.

With a team of approximately 60 professionals, the organization operates at the intersection of acoustic research and elite embedded engineering.

The company is located in Central Israel (prime high-tech district) and operates a flexible hybrid work model with one to two days remote flexibility.

Role Overview:

• Technical Project Leadership: Managing complex Embedded development cycles from initial characterization through to mass production.
• Cross-Functional Orchestration: Leading technical teams and external partners to ensure seamless integration of hardware, firmware, and signal processing algorithms.
• Product Lifecycle Management (PLM): Overseeing the end-to-end product journey, ensuring milestones are met regarding performance, stability, and time-to-market.
• Hardware/Firmware Integration: Driving the validation and bring-up processes for sophisticated audio-centric SoC and embedded systems.
• Strategic Planning: Translating high-level product requirements into detailed technical roadmaps and execution plans.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field – Mandatory.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Embedded Systems development or management – Mandatory.
• 2+ years of experience as an Embedded Project Manager or Technical Team Lead – Mandatory.
• Deep technical understanding of Embedded software architectures and real-time constraints – Mandatory.
• Proven track record in hardware/firmware integration and full product lifecycle management.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary technical dependencies.
