We’re currently recruiting on behalf of one of Israel’s largest financial institutions — a well-known, established enterprise in the midst of a major AI transformation.

The Role

You’ll own the data layer that powers ML models at scale — from training pipelines to real-time inference. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role where your work directly shapes production AI systems.

What You’ll Do

∙ Design and build ML data panels and feature pipelines for training & inference

∙ Develop real-time, request-driven feature enrichment systems

∙ Build robust ETL/ELT processes in Snowflake

∙ Integrate diverse enterprise data sources with deep business logic understanding

∙ Collaborate daily with Data Scientists, MLOps engineers, and Architects

What We’re Looking For

✅ 3–5 years of Data Engineering experience

✅ Expert-level, performance-oriented SQL

✅ Hands-on Snowflake experience

✅ Proven ETL/ELT pipeline development

✅ Strong analytical thinking & system-level problem solving

✅ Experience with orchestration, monitoring & versioning

Bonus Points

⭐ DBT (strong advantage)

⭐ Feature Store experience

⭐ ML/inference background

⭐ AWS Glue
