Financial Analyst

A leading organization is seeking a Financial Analyst to join its finance team and play a key role in financial planning, forecasting, and business analysis.

This role provides strategic financial insights to support management decision-making and improve the organization’s financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

Build ongoing financial forecasts and evaluate business scenarios

Prepare annual and multi-year financial plans, including budgets, growth projections, and profitability analyses

Conduct in-depth financial and analytical reviews of business activity, projects, and investments

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify gaps, and provide actionable insights

Prepare management reports and present key conclusions to senior leadership

Work closely with multiple departments across the organization

Support strategic decision-making through financial analysis and business case evaluations

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

At least 4 years of experience in financial analysis within a business organization

Proven experience in preparing financial forecasts, budgets, and multi-year plans

Strong analytical capabilities with solid business understanding

Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modeling abilities

Ability to work independently with high attention to detail and meet deadlines

Excellent communication skills and ability to work with senior stakeholders

Background in the economics departments of one of the Big 4 firms-an advantage
