Role Description

This is a part-time, remote role for a Marketing Specialist. The individual in this position will be responsible for creating, implementing, and optimizing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing trends, supporting sales efforts, collaborating with other teams, and ensuring consistent communication with clients to support their needs. Additional tasks may include contributing to campaign planning and maintaining customer satisfaction through effective service delivery.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders
Experience in Market Research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
Proficiency in Marketing Strategy development and execution
Knowledge or experience in Sales to support revenue-generating initiatives
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
