We are looking for a sharp, skeptical, and highly professional Financial Controller to join our senior management team. This is not just a reporting role; you will be a strategic partner responsible for the financial and economic health of the company and its subsidiaries. You will bridge the gap between daily "hands-on" financial operations and high-level strategic planning, reporting directly to the management and the Board of Directors.

• Strategic Leadership: Lead and manage the entire finance team, including accounting, payroll, costing, and collections.
• Financial Stewardship: Oversee cash flow management, banking relationships, and credit facilities.
• Analysis & Growth: Lead the costing and profitability sectors, conducting economic feasibility studies for new investments and business plans.
• Governance & Compliance: Represent the company before government and regulatory bodies (Tax authorities, VAT, Social Security, Chief Scientist, etc.).
• Operational Oversight: Take responsibility for cross-functional domains including insurance, logistics, inventory, and fleet management.
• Reporting: Prepare comprehensive financial statements and present actionable recommendations to the Board and senior management.

What You Bring

• Credentials: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – Must.
• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a senior financial or economic role within an industrial organization
• Expertise: Proven track record in cash flow management, inventory control, and navigating complex banking/funding contracts.
• Technical Edge: High proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and BI/AI financial analysis tools.
• Communication: Fluent Hebrew and high-level English for international reporting and external relations.
• Soft Skills: A "Hands-on" approach combined with strategic vision, high personal responsibility, and the ability to maintain absolute discretion.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in a small-to-medium industrial plant.
• Proven success in leading efficiency processes and profitability improvements.
