Full Stack Engineer

One of our clients, a fast-growing technology company operating in the FinTech and real estate investment space, is looking to hire a Full Stack Developer (Product Team).

The company develops a modern investment management platform used by real estate investment firms and asset managers to manage the full lifecycle of their investments. Their platform helps organizations structure deals, onboard investors, manage capital flows and distributions, and maintain ongoing communication with investors.

The engineering team works closely with product and business stakeholders to translate complex financial and investment models into intuitive digital workflows. Development takes place in a modern engineering environment that encourages collaboration, ownership, and the use of advanced development tools, including AI-assisted coding solutions.

Role Overview

The company is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join the product team and contribute to the development of advanced product capabilities within the investment management platform.

This role involves close collaboration with Product Managers to transform high-level product requirements into scalable technical solutions. The developer will take part in the full development lifecycle, from design and architecture discussions through implementation and delivery.

The position is well suited for a developer who enjoys solving complex product problems, designing robust application architectures, and building systems that support sophisticated financial workflows and multiple transaction structures.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement product features as part of a cross-functional product team
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers to refine requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
• Participate in system design and architecture discussions
• Design and implement application features supporting complex financial workflows
• Build systems that support multiple investment structures and business scenarios
• Maintain high standards of code quality, testing, and maintainability
• Contribute to technical decisions that shape the evolution of the platform

Requirements

• 4+ years of industry experience in software development
• Experience building Full Stack web applications
• Strong Front-End development experience
• Experience collaborating closely with product teams
• Ability to take partially defined requirements and turn them into well-designed technical implementations
• Interest or experience in system design and architecture

Technology Stack

• Front-End: TypeScript, React
• Experience with JavaScript or Angular is also relevant
• Databases: SQL / PostgreSQL
• Experience with MongoDB or other databases is an advantage

Engineering Environment

• Modern and progressive development environment

• Extensive use of AI-assisted development tools and coding agents
