About the Role:

Unilink is recruiting a professional Infrastructure Support Specialist for the Tactical C4I HQ. The role includes providing technical and professional support to end users, ensuring infrastructure availability and operational continuity in C4I systems and ecosystem applications, and serving as a dedicated knowledge hub in the infrastructure domain.

Responsibilities:

• Guiding users from issue detection to resolution
• Identifying recurring issue patterns and escalating for systemic improvements
• Documenting incidents, analyzing problems, and proposing solutions
• Collaborating with DevOps teams, field teams, and HD

Required Skills:

• High-level customer service
• Teamwork and collaboration
• Independent learning and systems thinking

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of experience in technical support or application support
• Knowledge of Linux/Windows operating systems
• Knowledge of VM, COP, cloud, and core systems
• Networking knowledge

ork Routine:

• 5 working days per week, including one afternoon shift and alternating Fridays
• Location: 4 days in Tzrifin, 1 day in Netanya on average
