Role Description

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager specializing in Lead Generation and Paid Traffic for our Israel and Global Expansion initiatives. This is a full-time on-site role, based in Rishon LeZion. Key responsibilities include developing and managing performance-driven marketing campaigns, optimizing ad spend, analyzing key performance metrics, and executing growth strategies to drive lead generation and customer acquisition. The role also includes collaboration with cross-functional teams and regular communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives and results.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in performance marketing, including lead generation and paid traffic management
• Proficiency with ad platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital advertising tools
• Strong skills in data analysis, interpreting key marketing metrics, and applying insights to optimize campaign performance
• Experience in managing budgets, analyzing ROI, and driving cost-effective marketing outcomes
• Ability to develop and implement long-term growth strategies for local and global markets
• Fluency in Hebrew and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages
• Knowledge of Bitcoin, cryptocurrency, or mining industries is an advantage but not required
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred
