📊 We're Hiring — Data Scientist
📍 Location: Lod, Israel
We're looking for a talented Data Scientist to join our Model Development Team.
This team leads strategic, organization-wide initiatives, leveraging advanced AI technologies to drive impact across marketing, customer service, pricing, technology, and more.
🧩 What You'll Do
- Develop predictive and analytical models on AWS infrastructure
- Extract insights from complex datasets using advanced analytical and AI-driven tools
- Define algorithmic solutions and translate business challenges into technical approaches
- Analyze structured and unstructured data
- Present findings and business insights to stakeholders
- Measure and evaluate model performance and effectiveness
✅ Must-Have Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in model development — from definition to deployment
- 5+ years of experience processing and analyzing large-scale tabular data
- Strong practical experience in Python
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
⭐ Nice-to-Have
- Experience working with AWS and PySpark (significant advantage)
- Experience developing Generative AI–based applications
- Development experience and business understanding in the banking sector
- Experience working in large organizations with a system-wide perspective
- Academic degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Data Science
