If you know how to analyze a full marketing funnel, translate raw data into aggressive growth strategies, and scale massive budgets - we want you in our lead seat.

What’s the mission?

• End-to-end management of complex Meta & Google Ads campaigns (PMax, Shopping, Catalog).
• Leveraging AI tools to streamline creative workflows, copy, and data analysis.
• Driving ROAS-focused strategies for our leading brands.
• Full funnel optimization - from tracking (GTM/GA4) to creative ideation.

What are we looking for?

• 3+ years of experience in E-commerce Performance (Google & Meta) – A must.
• Proven track record of scaling high-volume budgets profitably.
• Tech-savvy: Master of GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking.
• AI-Ready: You know how to use AI to work smarter, not harder.
• Analytical mindset: You don't guess; you measure.
