Triplex Containers Ltd. is looking for a VP Sales and Business Development to lead our sales organization and drive the company’s next phase of growth.

We are a leading Israeli manufacturer of industrial packaging solutions, serving major companies in the defense, high-tech and food industries, including some of Israel’s most advanced manufacturers.

This is a unique opportunity to lead sales in a strong industrial company and expand into new markets and product segments.

What you'll do

• Lead and develop a team of sales professionals

• Grow existing business with leading industrial customers

• Develop new markets and product segments

• Expand activity in digital printing, POS displays and advanced packaging solutions

• Lead complex B2B sales processes with large organizations

• Work closely with the CEO to define and execute the company’s sales strategy

What we're looking for

• Proven experience leading a B2B sales team

• Experience selling to industrial companies

• Background in packaging, cardboard, POS displays, printing or industrial materials – strong advantage

• Strong business development mindset

• Hands-on sales leader with strategic thinking

Location: Israel, Ashdod
