Infrastructure Team Leader (Hands-On) 229512

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure & Information Security Team Leader (Hands-On) to lead and mentor a dynamic IT team while maintaining full technical involvement.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the organization’s infrastructure, security posture, and ongoing technological improvements, while actively participating in complex, hands-on technical tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the infrastructure & security team
• Provide hands-on expertise in IT infrastructure, networking, virtualization, and cloud environments
• Oversee information security operations, policies, and best practices
• Manage and maintain servers, storage, backups, and enterprise IT systems
• Implement and monitor security tools (SIEM, EDR, firewalls, etc.)
• Drive infrastructure projects and technological upgrades from planning to execution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system availability, performance, and security
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and serve as an escalation point

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Infrastructure Team Leader or senior engineer leading technical activities
• Hands-on skills in networking, virtualization (VMware/Hyper‑V), Windows environments, and cloud services
• Strong background in information security, including tools, processes, and standards
• Experience with firewalls, AD, DNS, backup systems, monitoring tools, and cyber solutions
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities
