Lifecycle Marketing Lead | Customer Journey & CRM

We are looking for a talented and data-driven Lifecycle Marketing Lead to join our marketing team and take ownership of the end-to-end customer journey.

• Lead end-to-end Customer Lifecycle strategies across all stages – from acquisition to retention and loyalty – with the goal of increasing engagement, satisfaction, and customer value.
• Design and execute a 360° customer experience across complex, multi-channel journeys, collaborating closely with E-commerce, Media, and Digital teams to ensure a seamless Omni-Channel experience.
• Manage direct-to-customer communication using Marketing Automation platforms, including audience building, segmentation, and execution of targeted campaigns (Email, SMS, and more).
• Build, implement, and manage automated and trigger-based customer journeys, from strategic planning through hands-on execution and ongoing optimization.
• Continuously analyze performance, optimize campaigns, and measure effectiveness using data-driven insights to improve both customer experience and business outcomes.
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Digital, and IT teams to drive impactful, scalable processes.

• At least 2 years of experience in Marketing, with a strong focus on Customer Lifecycle, CRM, or Customer Journey Management.
• Proven experience working with Marketing Automation systems (hands-on experience required). Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud – a strong advantage.
• Strong experience in segmentation, data analysis, and data enrichment, with a highly analytical and business-oriented mindset.
• Ability to combine hands-on execution with strategic thinking.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and leading cross-functional processes.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• High level of English – written and spoken.
