Head of Strategic Intelligence

At Sheba, we are establishing a new transformation engine – the Future Medicine Center – designed to lead large-scale, system-wide change and redefine the future of healthcare.

The center will shape the next generation of care and management models, translating vision into impactful, real-world execution that improves patient outcomes, clinician experience, and organizational performance.

We are looking for a Head of Strategic Intelligence to build and lead the knowledge backbone of the center — turning global trends, technologies, and insights into clear strategic direction and actionable opportunities.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct continuous, structured scanning of global trends, technologies, players, and emerging models in the future of healthcare
• Identify, analyze, and synthesize insights with strategic impact on the center’s priorities and activities
• Build and manage the center’s knowledge infrastructure, including developing a structured ontology connecting challenges, focus areas, projects, and priorities
• Translate complex external knowledge into clear, structured insights to support leadership discussions, prioritization, and decision-making
• Evaluate the relevance and feasibility of external solutions vs. internal development (Build vs. Buy) from a strategic and practical perspective
• Serve as a key thought partner in shaping the center’s solution strategy and direction

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree – required
• 3–5+ years of experience in analytical, research, or strategy roles involving complex, multi-dimensional data
• Proven experience in market research, trend analysis, or strategic intelligence
• Exceptional ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights and narratives
• Strong communication and presentation skills in both Hebrew and English
• Fluent English (reading, writing, speaking) – must
• Highly developed analytical and systems thinking — ability to identify patterns, trends, and broader implications
• Experience in building structured knowledge frameworks or information architectures – a strong advantage
• Intellectual curiosity and ability to rapidly learn new domains
• High level of ownership, independence, and sound judgment
