We’re hiring: Product Manager for Q-Flow

Looking for a Product Manager with at least 3 years of experience and a strong technical background

Location: Tel Aviv, Israel

Q-nomy is looking for a Product Manager to join the Q-Flow team.

We are looking for someone who combines strong product thinking with solid technical understanding and knows how to turn business and customer needs into clear, actionable product requirements.

In this role, you will help drive key areas of our platform, work closely with R&D, prioritize enhancements and bugs, support release planning, and collaborate with internal teams, partners, and customers.

What you’ll do

  • Drive product roadmap and planning for key areas of the Q-Flow platform
  • Write clear product requirements and functional specifications
  • Work closely with development teams throughout design and delivery
  • Prioritize features, gaps, enhancements, and bugs
  • Participate in sprint and release planning processes
  • Support product-related customer issues and internal knowledge transfer
  • Deliver training and product knowledge to internal teams, partners, and customers

What we’re looking for

  • At least 3 years of experience in Product Management
  • Strong technical orientation, with previous hands-on background as either a Developer or QA Engineer
  • Experience writing product requirements and working closely with R&D
  • Strong prioritization and execution skills
  • Ability to manage multiple parallel topics in a structured way
  • Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English

Nice to have

  • Experience with complex multi-module systems
  • Background in SaaS, workflow, customer journey, appointment booking, or queue management solutions
