Bynet Computer Communications is seeking for a Operations Coordinator to join our team in a key operational role, managing end-to-end customer orders.
If you're highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a dynamic environment- this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end customer orders from receipt to fulfillment
- Enter orders into the system, process credits, track progress, verify accuracy, and complete data
- Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Customer Service, Engineering, Operations, and Warehouse
- Work with ERP systems and coordinate processes across different business units
Requirement
- Previous experience in a similar role or operational position within a large organization - must
- Experience working with multiple internal stakeholders - must
- Familiarity with ERP systems - advantage
- High service orientation, independent, with strong attention to detail
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills
Location: Ramat Hachayal, Tel aviv.
