Senior Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the implementation and development of an AI-powered Partner Management system, working closely with engineering, data, and business teams across the organization.

Responsibilities

• AI Product Implementation: Lead the implementation and rollout of a new AI-enabled Partner Management System, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational needs.

• Manage product outcomes through a system-level approach including model behavior, data quality, user workflows, evaluation loops, and trust/safety controls.

• Partner Platform Management: Define and manage processes supporting both online affiliates (financial websites, academies, referral platforms) and offline partners such as call centers and trading academies.

• Product Requirements Definition: Collect and analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into clear product specifications, including structuring ambiguous AI capabilities into defined workflows and features.

• CRM & System Integration: Work closely with engineering and data teams to ensure seamless integration between the Partner Management platform, CRM systems, and internal data infrastructure.

• Project Management & Planning: Develop work plans, manage timelines, and coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, data, marketing, and partner operations.

• Data Analysis & KPI Setting: Analyze product and partner performance using BI tools, define KPIs, and implement data-driven improvements to optimize partner acquisition and conversion.

• Experimentation & Optimization: Define evaluation frameworks, run experiments, and continuously improve AI-driven product performance and decision quality.

• Work hands-on with AI tools (e.g., Claude Co-Work Product Management plugin or similar) to enhance product workflows and decision-making.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to support onboarding, integrations, and ongoing platform adoption.

Requirements

• Experience: 4–7+ years of Product Management experience, with mandatory experience in fintech or trading companies.

• AI & Data Platforms: Experience working with AI-based systems and collaborating with data and engineering teams.

• Strong understanding of managing model behavior, data quality, user workflows, evaluation frameworks, and trust/safety controls in production environments.

• Experience managing platform products, partner ecosystems, APIs, or complex system integrations.

• Technical & Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and experience working with BI/analytics tools to support product decisions.

• Experimentation Mindset: Ability to define hypotheses, measure outcomes, and iterate based on data and model performance.

• AI Model Governance: Experience defining guardrails, monitoring model performance, and ensuring reliability and trust in AI-driven systems.

•Hands-on experience with tools such as Claude Co-Work Product Management plugin or similar — advantage.

• Execution & Ownership: Ability to translate business goals into measurable product behavior and scalable workflows.

• Leadership & Cross-Functional Work: Proven ability to lead initiatives and work across multiple teams in a matrix environment.

• Language Skills: Full proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication.
