The IFF site in Migdal HaEmeck is seeking a Quality Manager to join our team! The IFF Health and Bioscience facility advances global nutrition through food ingredients innovation. We are a preferred partner for companies seeking high levels dietary supplements ingredients with unique knowledge and proved science behind it.

At our Migdal HaEmek site, we produce advanced ingredients used by leading global dietary companies as part of their brain health portfolios. In addition, we leverage cutting-edge research to manufacture additives for infant formula products, adhering to strict regulations and the highest industry standards. The Quality Manager is responsible for Quality Assurance and product safety Leadership and guidance for the overall site Quality Assurance Programs and Change Management Process to improve customer satisfaction and quality related performance. The Site Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for implementing and maintaining the site Quality Management System, establish and publish appropriate quality performance metrics, analyze performance and both recommend and lead improvement programs related to product, process and procedures. This role oversees QA, QC laboratory activities, compliance with global and local regulations, and ensures the production of safe, high‑quality products.

Where You’ll Make a Difference

• The Site Quality Assurance Manager coordinates the quality activities across the site including customer, supplier, regulatory authority and internal interfaces. Leads routine Quality performance reviews with site Leadership.
• The site quality manager lead Food Safety, Food Defense, and Food Fraud programs
• The Site Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for the quality management system, customer satisfaction, GFSI certification including verification and validation activities, quality related aspects of supplier and contract manufacturer, training, quality audits, corrective and preventive action, development of a quality culture and link with site personnel to drive continuous quality improvement.
• Understands and reviews customer requirements, supports processes to assure customer needs are met, and ensures good data is obtained. Assure quality of customer complaint responses.
• Works with Regional Quality Managers to coordinate response to customers or sales group requests to quality information or issues.
• Assures cross-functional / cross Unit focused improvement teams to establish root cause and solve customer complaints at a systemic level to prevent recurrence.
• Assures cross training of Lab Supervisor (or designee) to provide as back up during times of unavailability, and for career development.
• Lead and motivate quality within the organizations at the site. Works with site Leadership to develop clear COTs, establish metrics and performance goals consistent with business needs.
• Champions a disciplined management of change process at the site.
• Represent quality in site Leadership meetings. Facilitate site understanding of site quality performance.

How Would You Stand Out?

• Bachelor’s degree in food engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or Quality Assurance.
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing Quality and Food Safety systems.
