With hundreds of systems deployed worldwide, we help safeguard critical infrastructure, airports, borders, military forces, and more by continuously monitoring the skies, detecting rogue drones, and surgically neutralizing them using proprietary cyber technologies.
As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Presales Engineer (Sales Engineer) to manage two key domains:
- Central and Eastern Europe Presales Engineering
- Cross-Territory Bid Management
This position requires strong customer engagement skills and the ability to bridge the gap between client requirements and solution design. The ideal candidate will craft compelling technical solutions, deliver valuable field insights to R&D, and manage the entire technical sales cycle—from field demonstrations to tender responses—ensuring successful customer engagements.
What will you do?
As a presale for Central – East Europe:
- Partner with our sales executives and our resellers and lead all technical aspects of the sales cycle.
- Become a trusted advisor for our prospects, understand their operational requirements, challenges, and objectives and articulate Sentrycs offerings as a compelling fit for their needs and maintain a collaborative relationship with them.
- Deliver compelling technical presentations, live demos and proof-of-concepts - including filed hardware deployment and troubleshooting.
- Advocate customer’s needs to product and engineering teams
- Stay current with product updates, competition and industry trends.
- Own field data, keeping it accurate, and actionable using CRM and other tools
- Manage the tender processes end to end:
- Review the requirements, analyze them and respond using current knowledge base
- Create and manage a distribution of work (DOW) coordinating the tender stakeholders: Product, marketing and legal.
- Identify and highlight Sentrycs unique value propositions to improve tender win rate
- Write or orchestrate the updating of technical documentation and knowledge base
- Implement AI and tools to streamline and achieve an efficient tender handling process
- Scout for relevant tender processes implementing
- Fluent Russian, English and Hebrew (additional languages are an Advantage)
- Residence in Israel.
- 3+ years of international Pre-Sales experience (minimum) - B2B and preferably B2G – HLS / Army.
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills with on-prem equipment.
- Strong presentation skills, and ability to present in front of audience.
- Proven matrix management skills.
- Experience working on complex tender processes involving technical and legal stakeholders.
- Comfortable with Multitasking, working in a global (multiple time-zones) startup environment with high ambiguity and rapid changes.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
- Advantage - Experience with Electronics or Radio communications
- Advantage - Technical and tactical military / HLS experience / Experience in flying drones
