Marketing operation manager

Join our dynamic team as a Marketing Operation Manager and take a key role in expanding our international partner portfolio across multiple verticals. In this position, you’ll be responsible for building, managing, and growing strategic relationships to drive mutual growth. You’ll work closely with the Business Development Manager, supporting daily operations and helping scale our global network.

The position aims to juniors+ (up to 1 year experience).

Responsibilities

• Work with Multiple Channels

Help manage several marketing channels such as brand campaigns, SEO activities, and partnerships. Support the team in making sure everything runs smoothly and aligns with the company’s goals.

• Monitor Performance

Track the performance of brands and campaigns using basic KPIs. Help prepare simple reports that show what works well and where improvements are needed.

• Support Partnership Deals

Assist in managing partnerships with brands and networks. Help follow up on agreements and make sure deals are implemented correctly.

• Coordinate Deal Execution

Support the operational side of partnerships – such as setting up accounts, implementing tracking links, coordinating with internal teams, and helping with monthly invoicing processes.

• Partner & Brand Support

Maintain communication with partners and help support their ongoing activity. Assist with onboarding new partners and ensure they have what they need to succeed.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in Business Development OR in Account Management.

Affiliate management (iGaming) \ Forex – Advantage.

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail when working with sensitive materials and numerical data.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data effectively, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel - Pivot Tables are a MUST.
• Comfortable with hands-on backend and operational tasks as a core part of the role, with strong multi-tasking abilities.
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal – a MUST.
• Basic understanding of marketing principles across various types.
