Senior System Architect

It’s a smart, insight-driven optimization platform that analyzes tons of ad data and turns it into real-time recommendations and insights for publishers.

We’re looking for a passionate and proactive Senior System Architect to join our backend-focused R&D team and take a key role in shaping and building our scalable core systems.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced architect or senior developer who wants to step into a leadership role for the first time, while staying hands-on and deeply involved in the technical work.

You’ll be at the center of our most strategic tech and business initiatives, driving innovation and delivering high-impact solutions.

This is a hybrid position, including two to three work-from-home days per week, with flexibility based on team and individual needs.

Our office is located in Kiryat Ono.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of development experience
• Strong backend skills with a microservices mindset using Node.js or Python
• Strong experience in system architecture, or strong development experience with an architecture mindset
• Comfortable working with both SQL and NoSQL databases
• Passion for building products that drive business value
• Clean coder, great communicator, proactive, and eager to grow into a leadership role
• Previous formal team lead experience is not required

Responsibilities:

• Take a key technical role in a full-stack team working on our proprietary optimization platform
• Architect and build high-scale, data-centric web systems
• Be a hands-on technical leader: code when needed, mentor others, solve complex challenges, and help drive the team forward
• Collaborate with product managers who work hand-in-hand with our performance teams
• Balance rapid delivery with long-term architecture and stability
