Zaffic is a technology-driven company building and operating digital products in international markets.

We are looking for a hands-on, technically oriented Project Manager to lead cross-functional execution across Product, Development, Marketing, Operations, and Creative.

This is a high-impact role for someone who understands how digital systems work and knows how to turn strategy into execution.

• Own end-to-end project management across multiple teams
• Manage and structure work inside Jira (tickets, epics, sprints, roadmaps)
• Lead kickoffs, planning sessions, and Dev/Design meetings
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements (PRDs)
• Work closely with Backend, Frontend, and App developers
• Coordinate Marketing, Creative, and Operations execution
• Track timelines, remove blockers, and ensure delivery
• Improve internal processes and cross-team workflows
• Support product launches and feature rollouts

• 3+ years experience in digital / tech project management
• Strong hands-on experience with Jira
• High technical orientation (must understand how systems, APIs, CMSs, and apps work)
• Experience working directly with development teams
• Understanding of mobile apps and web-based platforms
• Highly organized with strong prioritization skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Fluent English (work includes international markets)

Nice to have:

• Experience in e-commerce, affiliate, or performance marketing environments
• Familiarity with BI tools, marketing automation platforms, or analytics systems
• Technical background (Information Systems / Engineering / similar)

• Work on a live product with hundreds of thousands of users
