Factory manager

Responsibilities

• Ongoing management of all plant activities while maintaining effectiveness and efficiency.
• Responsibility for production processes, logistics, quality, safety, and operations.
• Responsibility for plant facilities.
• Maintaining compliance with quality procedures and ensuring compliance with procedures.
• Managing and leading a team of workers and managers.
• Improving processes and operational efficiency.
• Meeting productivity, quality, and schedule goals.
• Working with internal and external organizational interfaces.
• Managing plant budgets.
• Responsibility for environmental issues.

Qualifications

• Proven previous experience in plant/production management – mandatory.
• Managing processes and production performance.
• Knowledge and experience in budget management while maintaining balance sheets.
• Relevant academic education – an advantage (engineering, industrial management, etc.).
• Experience in managing employees and building processes.
• Understanding of production processes, logistics, and quality.
• Ability to lead, manage time, and think systems.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Bachelor's degree in Industry and Management/any relevant degree.
