The company specializes in creating advanced chips that power the next generation of optical networks, addressing the massive bandwidth demands of modern AI and cloud infrastructure.
Composed of an elite group of silicon experts, the organization is pushing the boundaries of physics in high-frequency data transmission.
The company's R&D center is located in Central Israel (prime location near major transport hubs) and operates a hybrid work model with two days remote.
Role Overview:
- Mixed-Signal Innovation: The individual in this role will focus on the design and development of high-performance ADC/DAC components specifically optimized for optical communication systems.
- Full-Cycle IC Design: Taking responsibility for the design and verification of complex Analog and Mixed-Signal Integrated Circuits.
- Advanced Process Nodes: Working with state-of-the-art technologies, including FinFET and Gate-All-Around (GAA) architectures.
- Core Circuit Design: Implementing fundamental building blocks such as high-speed amplifiers, precision regulators, and high-resolution converters.
- Simulation & Verification: Utilizing industry-standard suites to ensure signal integrity and performance in extreme high-frequency environments.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or Electronics – Mandatory.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Analog Design – Mandatory.
- Proven expertise in Integrated Circuits (IC), specifically within Analog and Mixed-Signal environments – Mandatory.
- Deep hands-on experience with basic circuits, amplifiers, regulators, and converters.
- Direct experience with advanced nodes (FinFET or GAA) – Mandatory.
- Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of transistor-level design and layout dependencies.
