Technical Lead - Core AI

Role Overview:

• Technical Leadership: Serving as the Tech Lead within a specialized global AI team, driving the architectural vision and technical execution of advanced machine learning systems.
• AI-Driven Innovation: Leading the development of high-performance Python-based infrastructures and models that power critical investment and data analysis workflows.
• Global Collaboration: Working in close coordination with international management and offshore teams, requiring seamless integration into a high-stakes, global environment.
• Scalable Engineering: Architecting robust, scalable systems capable of processing and analyzing vast amounts of financial data in real-time.
• Mentorship & Excellence: Promoting engineering best practices and guiding the technical growth of the team while remaining hands-on with complex challenges.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of professional experience in Software Engineering – Mandatory.
• Significant expertise in Python development – Mandatory.
• Proven track record of technical leadership (Tech Lead / Architect), managing complex projects from design to production – Mandatory.
• Exceptional English proficiency (written and verbal), suitable for working daily with international counterparts – Mandatory.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems in a data-intensive environment.
• Academic degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
