Product Designer - Outplayed

We’re looking for a Product Designer with strong B2C experience and a background in design system leadership to join the Outplayed team, Overwolf’s flagship app for game highlights recording, editing, and sharing.

As the design owner for Outplayed, you will shape how millions of gamers capture, edit, and share their best gaming moments across multiple channels.

You will lead complex design challenges from concept to production, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Working closely with product, engineering, and design leadership, you will help craft polished, high-impact experiences for gamers worldwide.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

• Own the full design process from concept to delivery, ensuring consistent and high-quality user experiences
• Lead key design initiatives for Outplayed
• Partner with Product, R&D, the Product Design team, the Outplayed GM, and stakeholders to shape and execute the product vision
• Contribute to product discovery, vision, and planning to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
• Build, contribute, and evolve the design system to maintain quality and consistency across the product
• Ride into battle on a unicorn to defend the great UX from the dark forces of bad design
  
  

• 5+ years of product design experience with ownership of complex end-to-end projects
• Experience designing B2C or B2B2C products and simplifying complex concepts into intuitive experiences
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
• Comfortable moving between deep product work and fast-paced concepting
• Strong understanding of UX and UI principles, information architecture, and design systems
• Excellent communication skills and collaboration with developers, product managers, and stakeholders
• Self-starter mindset, proactive, curious, and comfortable owning product challenges
• A gamer who understands the mindset, habits, and needs of the audience
  
  

• Experience designing gaming/consumer products or gamer-facing experiences
• Experience as the sole designer in a fast-paced ecosystem
• BA in Visual Communication
