Position Overview

We’re looking for a sharp, creative Motion Designer to bring our brand and product to life through motion.

This hands-on role focuses on creating impactful animations for marketing and social within a fast-paced, product-driven tech environment. You’ll work closely with the company’s designer, translating complex AI concepts and products into clear, high-quality visual stories, while maintaining and evolving a consistent visual language.

You’ll take ownership of motion execution from idea to final output, contributing to how our product and brand are experienced across different touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

Motion & Video Content

• Create high-performing motion and video assets for marketing and social
• Produce short-form videos, ads, explainers, and product-focused content
• Adapt and optimize content across platforms, formats, and audiences
• Edit and assemble content quickly to support ongoing campaigns
• Turn complex AI concepts into clear, engaging, conversion-driven visuals

AI-Driven Creative Workflows

• Leverage Bria’s AI models to generate and enhance visual and video content
• Integrate AI workflows into creative production to improve speed, scale, and quality

Product & SaaS Understanding

• Work closely with product teams to understand features and translate them into motion content
• Support product launches with videos and animated assets
• Communicate SaaS and AI concepts clearly through visual storytelling

Design Collaboration

• Work closely with the company’s designer to execute and expand on existing visual concepts
• Maintain visual consistency across all motion and visual assets
• Contribute to additional design needs when required
• Strong collaborative mindset, with the ability to take direction and execute with precision

Requirements

Experience & Skills:

• 3+ years of experience as a Motion Designer
• Strong portfolio showcasing motion work for marketing, social, or product
• Solid understanding of design fundamentals (layout, typography, composition, color)
• Strong understanding of timing, storytelling, and pacing
• Ability to translate static design into motion while maintaining visual consistency
• Advanced proficiency in After Effects, Premiere, and Adobe Creative Suite

AI & Creative Tools:

• Experience working with AI tools for image/video generation – a strong advantage
• Familiarity with generative AI workflows and creative experimentation
• Curiosity and hands-on approach to exploring new tools and technologies

Additional Advantages:

• Experience in SaaS or tech companies
• Understanding of product-led storytelling
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
