Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located at Maagan Michael. The New Product Introduction Engineer will play a key role in developing and launching new products, managing end-to-end project lifecycles. Responsibilities include coordinating product development, overseeing testing processes, contributing to research and development efforts, and ensuring product readiness for market introduction. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and deliver solutions aligned with company standards.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills for evaluating product performance and solving complex challenges
• Experience in Research and Development (R&D) and product development processes
• Proficiency in planning and executing new product introductions
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate effectively
• Engineering degree or equivalent technical background
• Familiarity with plastics or pipe system manufacturing is a plus
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement
