Job Description:

We’re looking for a highly motivated, business-oriented, self-reliant UX/UI Product Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for user centered designs in the product domain. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences. As a Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user interface and experience of our digital products, contributing to the overall success and growth of our company and will work closely with our PM, Product design, and Dev teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Analysts, Developers and Customer Success to understand the business and clients and define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
• You will have responsibility for the workflows of UX in projects and teams: research, ideation, wireframes, usability testing and reviewing developers work.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency and efficiency in design implementation across various products and platforms.
• Advocate for user-centered design decisions during project discussions.
• Conduct user research, and usability testing, and gather feedback to continuously iterate and improve upon existing designs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and actively contribute to the evolution of our design processes and best practices.
  
  

• At least 3 years of experience in UX/UI product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work and projects in complex systems designs and SaaS.
• Proven qualification in UX/UI/Graphics design or similar degree or courses
• Proficiency and proven experience with Figma.
• Demonstrated experience for taking a design project from end-to-end.
• Ability to be flexible in handling multiple tasks simultaneously and change in priorities when needed.
• Must speak and write fluent English as you will be working with UX and development teams in the US.
