Network Support Engineer

Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Network Support Engineer to join our technical team and provide high-quality support to our business customers. In this role, you will troubleshoot network issues, assist with configuration and maintenance of network equipment, and work closely with senior engineers to ensure stable and secure network operations. This position is ideal for engineers looking to grow their skills in ISP infrastructure and network security.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for business customers
• Monitor and maintain network services and connectivity
• Assist with configuration and deployment of network equipment
• Diagnose and resolve network and connectivity issues (routing, VPN, wireless)
• Work with senior engineers on network implementations and upgrades
• Document incidents, solutions, and network configurations
• Participate in on-call support rotations when required
• Provide on-site technical support at customer locations when required

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in network support, NOC, or similar technical role
• Basic knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, switching)
• Familiarity with FortiGate or Cisco networking equipment
• Understanding of VPN technologies (IPsec) and L2 networking concepts
• Strong troubleshooting skills and customer-oriented mindset
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn new technologies
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Advantages:

• Experience in ISP or service provider environments
• Knowledge of BGP or dynamic routing protocols
• Relevant certifications (CCNA, NSE4 or similar)
• Experience with Palo Alto or other security platforms
