Founding Engineer

The Role

We are an AI-native cybersecurity startup currently working with large enterprises including Fortune 500 companies. Our platform is already used on a daily basis by our customers.

As a Founding Engineer, you aren’t just building features; you are scaling the infrastructure that protects some of the world’s largest enterprises. You will have absolute end-to-end ownership of complex distributed systems where "good enough" is not an option.

Location: Tel Aviv, Hybrid | 4 days from office

• Scale for the Fortune 500: Architect and manage high-throughput distributed systems capable of handling massive, real-time security data.
• End-to-End Ownership: Own the entire lifecycle of a feature - from initial design and schema modeling to deployment, monitoring, and proactive scaling.
• Systems Integrity: Ensure our infrastructure meets the rigorous security and reliability standards required by enterprise-grade cybersecurity.
  

• 4+ years of experience building and scaling production-grade systems.
• Distributed Systems Expert: You have deep experience with microservices, concurrency, and high-availability architectures. You understand how things fail at scale.
• Technical Powerhouse: You are highly proficient in Go / Python and have a strong grasp of database internals and networking protocols.
• Mission-Driven Owner: You don't wait for a spec. You identify bottlenecks, propose architectural shifts, and execute the migration.
