Yves Rocher is the leading beauty brand in France and a global pioneer in botanical beauty. For more than 60 years, the brand has combined nature and science to create high-performance skincare, body care, and beauty products inspired by plants.
As part of its continued global expansion, Yves Rocher is strengthening its presence in the United States and is seeking a highly motivated Operations Lead to help build and scale the brand’s US operations.
Role Overview
The Operations Lead – USA Market will play a central role in the development and execution of Yves Rocher’s operations and commercial initiatives in the United States.
Based in Tel Aviv, this role will report directly to the CEO of Yves Rocher USA and will serve as a key operational hub connecting the US market, Yves Rocher headquarters in France, and multiple external partners.
This position combines operations management, merchandising coordination, supply chain oversight, customer service management, and marketing execution, making it ideal for someone comfortable working across functions and international teams in a fast-growing environment.
The Operations Lead will ensure efficient inventory management, smooth coordination with partners, high-quality customer experience, and effective execution of marketing and commercial initiatives as the brand continues to expand in the American market.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & HQ Coordination
- Serve as the operational liaison with Yves Rocher headquarters in France regarding marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure operational readiness for campaign launches and promotional activities.
- Coordinate timelines and logistics required to support marketing initiatives in the US market.
Partner & Distributor Management
- Work closely with US-based distributors and partners to support brand expansion and market penetration.
- Coordinate operational requirements for new retail, distribution, or partnership channels.
- Maintain strong communication with external partners to ensure alignment with brand standards and growth objectives.
Market Expansion Support
- Support initiatives aimed at expanding Yves Rocher’s footprint in the US market.
- Collaborate with commercial and marketing partners to implement growth strategies.
- Provide operational insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Operations & Supply Chain
- Manage and monitor inventory levels for the US market to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing excess inventory.
- Coordinate purchase orders and replenishment planning with Yves Rocher headquarters in France.
- Work closely with the third-party logistics provider (3PL) to oversee warehousing, fulfillment, and shipping performance.
- Track operational KPIs including order fulfillment rates, delivery timelines, inventory turnover, and logistics costs.
- Identify and implement operational improvements to support the brand’s growth in the US market.
Merchandising & Product Coordination
- Coordinate product assortment planning and merchandising strategies for the US market.
- Ensure smooth operational execution of product launches and assortment updates.
- Monitor product performance and inventory trends to support merchandising decisions.
- Maintain alignment between product availability and marketing campaigns.
Customer Service Management
- Oversee the customer service operations for the US market, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and brand experience.
- Manage relationships with customer service providers or internal support teams.
- Monitor key customer service KPIs such as response time, resolution time, customer satisfaction, and refund/return rates.
- Establish processes and policies to ensure efficient handling of customer inquiries, complaints, returns, and refunds.
- Work closely with logistics and marketing teams to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer journey.
- Identify recurring issues and implement improvements to reduce customer friction and enhance the customer experience.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate across internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.
- Act as a key operational point of contact for the US market within the global organization
Experiensnce
- 4–8+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, merchandising, customer service management, marketing operations, or business operations
- Experience working with international teams or global brands is strongly preferred.
- Experience in e-commerce or consumer goods industries is an advantage.
- Experience working with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) or customer service vendors is preferred.
