Responsibilities:
- Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) processes E2E - from development to production.
- Design and develop testing jigs, including hardware, software, design, SOW, and more.
- Work closely with manufacturing lines and suppliers, improving production processes.
- Manage and maintain accurate BOM (Bill of Materials).
- Lead and manage ECO processes and implement approved changes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware-related issues with Firmware and manufacturing teams.
- Lead quality and validation processes with manufacturers and suppliers.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Electrical / Electronics Engineering - a must!
- At least 3 years of experience in a Hardware NPI role - a must!
- Proven experience managing BOM and ECO processes.
- Experience working with PCB / PCBA manufacturing and suppliers.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary systems (hardware, firmware, software, mechanics).
- Experience defining Bed of Nails testing and writing SOW.
- High level of English - a must!
