Responsibilities:

  • Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) processes E2E - from development to production.
  • Design and develop testing jigs, including hardware, software, design, SOW, and more.
  • Work closely with manufacturing lines and suppliers, improving production processes.
  • Manage and maintain accurate BOM (Bill of Materials).
  • Lead and manage ECO processes and implement approved changes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware-related issues with Firmware and manufacturing teams.
  • Lead quality and validation processes with manufacturers and suppliers.

Requirements:

  • B.Sc. in Electrical / Electronics Engineering - a must!
  • At least 3 years of experience in a Hardware NPI role - a must!
  • Proven experience managing BOM and ECO processes.
  • Experience working with PCB / PCBA manufacturing and suppliers.
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary systems (hardware, firmware, software, mechanics).
  • Experience defining Bed of Nails testing and writing SOW.
  • High level of English - a must!
