DevOps Engineer

We are looking for an experienced, professional, and hands-on DevOps Engineer to join a leading cloud infrastructure team.

About the Role:

This position involves developing and maintaining advanced cloud infrastructures, improving delivery processes, collaborating closely with development teams, and leading secure, reliable, and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain AWS infrastructures using CloudFormation and modern IaC practices.
• Develop automation tools and write scripts in TypeScript (Node.js is an advantage).
• Improve and manage CI/CD processes (GitHub Actions).
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across systems, networks, and cloud resources.
• Work closely with Development, QA, and Platform teams to ensure smooth release processes.
• Implement security, performance, and reliability improvements across the stack.
• Handle production incidents, perform RCA, and prevent future issues.

Required Experience & Skills:

• Strong AWS expertise- mandatory.
• CloudFormation experience- mandatory.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a DevOps / Cloud Infrastructure Engineer.
• Development experience with TypeScript.
• Strong background in system and network administration (TCP/IP, DNS, Firewalls, Routing).
• Hands-on CI/CD experience with GitHub Actions.
• Familiarity with Containers and Docker / ECS.
• End-to-end troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently, hands-on, with a proactive attitude.

Strong Advantages:

• Experience with additional IaC tools: Terraform, CDK.
• Knowledge of Security Best Practices and the AWS Well-Architected Framework.
• Background in performance optimization or cost optimization.
