They are looking for Product Engineers to join several innovative teams responsible for building advanced observability capabilities, including AI-powered observability agents and intelligent infrastructure optimization tools.

Salary Range

$105,000 - $125,000 USD per year

The Challenge You'll Tackle

• Translate complexity into simplicity. Users deal with billions of signals. Your role is to architect and build a highly performant, intuitive, and data-rich user interface using React and TypeScript that makes exploring complex data easy and insightful.
• Build a scalable and resilient frontend architecture. As the platform grows, you will co-own component design, state management, and the overall frontend structure. You will help ensure the UI remains fast and responsive even when working with large datasets.
• Champion the user experience. You will collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to define how the product works and feels. This role requires strong product thinking and ownership, not just implementation.

What Success Looks Like (and How You'll Get There)

• Within 1 week, you will ship your first piece of production code.
• Within 3 months, you will ship significant user-facing features that improve how customers visualize their data and diagnose issues.
• Within 6 months, you will become a key contributor to the frontend architecture, mentor other engineers, and help drive best practices around Tailwind CSS and testing frameworks.
• Within 12 months, you will help shape the next generation of the product UI and contribute to building a powerful developer experience.

They're looking for someone who

• Has extensive experience building complex, data-intensive applications using React and TypeScript along with charting libraries such as Recharts or D3.
• Is deeply familiar with modern frontend practices including component-based architecture and state management.
• Leverages AI and agentic coding tools effectively while applying strong technical judgment to validate and refine the results.
• Enjoys building high-performance user interfaces and pays close attention to usability and interaction details.
• Is comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments with strong ownership.
• Has experience writing well-tested code using modern testing frameworks.
• Is experienced consuming RESTful APIs and collaborating closely with backend teams.
• Has working knowledge of server-side development.
