Director of Product

The Platform team is the face of Axonius to hundreds of customers, responsible for visualizing asset data stories, uncovering security gaps, and enforcing automated policies. As Director of Product, you will lead a team of senior PMs to own the central pillar of our offerings, managing the end-to-end platform infrastructure, including dashboards, query engines, and authentication. Working closely with executive leadership, you will drive the vision for a technically complex architecture that serves as the foundation for all Axonius product lines.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Roadmap: Manage and grow a team of Product Managers while defining product objectives, themes, and epics for the core platform pillar.
• Strategic Justification: Provide data-driven business justification for new capabilities and track product performance to influence cross-functional R&D and leadership decisions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with global Sales, SE, and Marketing teams to bring significant new capabilities to market and support international business growth.
• Infrastructure Ownership: Drive the development of unified technical infrastructure, including configuration pages, asset-criticality modules, and multi-team dashboard widgets.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Professional Experience: 7+ years of Product Management experience within an Enterprise B2B SaaS or Software company.
• Leadership: Proven track record of managing a team of Product Managers for at least 2 years in a corporate (non-military) environment.
• Technical Foundation: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or a significant technical/development background capable of navigating complex system architectures.
• Market Delivery: Demonstrated success in launching new products or major enterprise-grade features to a global market.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Domain Expertise: Experience with Enterprise Security products or working directly with security operations teams.
• Data Proficiency: Hands-on experience managing Big Data products or complex data visualization platforms.
• Education: Master of Business Administration (MBA).
• Global Exposure: Experience collaborating with US-based stakeholders, including Marketing, Sales, and localized customer bases.
• Tooling: Proficiency with Jira, Monday.com, Figma, and AI-driven productivity tools.
• Stakeholder Management: Ability to synchronize requirements across multiple product lines to create a single, cohesive platform infrastructure.
