שותפות ולקיחת חלק משמעותי מול גורמי הפיתוח של פפסיקו וצוות הפיתוח של סודהסטרים.

מומחה/ית תוכן עיקרי/ת בתחום הטכנולוגיה במפעל.

תחזוק שוטף של מערכת בטיחות המזון המפעלית, הכוללת סקרי סיכונים, ניהול ישיבות HACCP והטמעת שינויים לפי הצורך.

ליווי פרויקטים ושינויים במוצרים ובמכונות, בדגש על הכנסת קווי ייצור חדשים ומבחני ולידציות.

אחריות על תוכנית הניקיון המפעלית, תחזוקת מטריצת שטיפות ותיקוף בעת הצורך.

אישור שינוי חומרי גלם בשוטף.

הנפקת תעודות COA לשווקים השונים.

ליווי ותמיכה טכנולוגית בכל מערך ההכנה והמילוי המפעלי.

פתרון בעיות בקווי ייצור בכל הנוגע למגבלות הסירופים השונים

תמיכה בתהליכי SCALE UP של טעמים חדשים, כולל הקמת פורמולות, עדכון עצי מוצר וכו'.

דרישות

• תואר ראשון בהנדסת ביו-טכנולוגיה/כימיה/מזון - חובה .
• ניסיון של 2-3 שנים לפחות בתעשית המזון/הפארמה כטכנולוג/ית– חובה.

• יכולת הנעה עצמית, אסרטיביות ויכולת עצמאית בשטח.
• יכולת ירידה לפרטים, יוזמה ודחיפות, ראש גדול, יכולת רתימה.

Responsibilities (English)

Maternity leave replacement for 10 months.

• Partnership and active involvement with the PepsiCo development teams and the SodaStream R&D team.
• Primary subject matter expert in the technology domain at the plant.
• Ongoing maintenance of the plant’s Food Safety Management System, including risk assessments, managing HACCP meetings, and implementing changes as required.
• Support and leadership of projects and changes related to products and machinery, with emphasis on the introduction of new production lines and validation tests.
• Responsibility for the plant’s sanitation program, including maintenance of the cleaning matrix and validation when required.
• Approval of raw material changes on an ongoing basis.
• Issuance of COA (Certificates of Analysis) for various markets.
• Technological guidance and support for the entire plant preparation and filling operations.
• Troubleshooting production line issues related to the limitations of different syrups.
• Support for scale-up processes of new flavors, including building formulas, updating product trees/BOMs, etc.
  
  

Qualifications (English)

• Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology / Chemistry / Food Engineering – mandatory.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in the food or pharmaceutical industry as a technologist – mandatory.
• Maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment – mandatory.
• Self-driven, assertive, and able to work independently in the field.
• Strong attention to detail, initiative, sense of urgency, proactive mindset, and ability to engage and mobilize others.
• High level of English (reading, writing, and speaking) – mandatory.
• Experience working with multiple interfaces/stakeholders locally and internationally – mandatory.
• Full proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with ERP systems – mandatory.
