This role offers the opportunity to work closely with leading technology companies in Israel, managing end-to-end recruitment processes and connecting top talent with innovative organizations.

📍 Haifa / Airport City | Full-time

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technology positions, from sourcing to offer stage.
• Work directly with hiring managers and clients from leading high-tech companies across various industries.
• Source and engage candidates using advanced sourcing techniques across LinkedIn, professional networks, and additional platforms.
• Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and professional assessments.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing and future needs.
• Provide a high-quality candidate experience throughout the process.

Your Profile:

• At least 1 year of experience in technical recruitment.
• Strong sourcing skills with LinkedIn Recruiter and professional sourcing tools.
• Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High level of English - written and spoken.
• Sales mindset, proactivity, and strong motivation to succeed.
