This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ramat Gan for a מנהל רכש (Procurement Manager) role. The role involves managing procurement processes, supplier relationships, and inventory planning. Responsibilities include sourcing and negotiating with vendors, ensuring cost efficiency, maintaining supply chain efficiency, forecasting demand, and generating procurement reports. The role requires a proactive and organized individual with strong decision-making and communication abilities.

• Proficiency in procurement processes, vendor management, and negotiation skills
• Strong background in supply chain management, inventory control, and demand forecasting
• Analytical skills for generating reports, tracking procurement metrics, and ensuring cost optimization
• Proficient in relevant software tools, such as procurement systems or ERP software
• Excellent decision-making, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for building supplier relationships
• Familiarity with the solar energy industry or renewable energies is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Fluency in Hebrew and English, both written and spoken
