We’re an early-stage startup building a multi-tenant healthcare SaaS platform from the ground up, and we’re looking for our first Product Manager.

Our mission 

The Long-Term Care industry still runs on fragmented legacy systems that make it difficult for care teams to see the full clinical picture.

At Cura9, we’re building a Clinical Decision Platform that unifies clinical data and enables better, faster decisions for healthcare providers.

Our goal is to bring modern SaaS infrastructure to one of healthcare’s most complex and underserved environments.

Why Join Us

This is a founding product role.

You’ll work directly with the CEO and the engineering team to define the platform from day one, shaping the product vision, roadmap, data model, and user experience. 

You won’t just manage a backlog. You’ll help build the product, the process, and the company.

The Challenge

We’re building a modern multi-tenant healthcare SaaS platform that deals with:

• Structured clinical data

• Complex care workflows

• Cross-disciplinary collaboration between healthcare teams

• Highly regulated environments

Your role will include:

• Leading customer discovery with real healthcare organizations

• Defining and launching the MVP

• Translating clinical workflows into clear product requirements

• Working closely with engineering teams on architecture and platform decisions  •  • • Driving early adoption with design partners

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in healthcare

• Hands-on Experience building SaaS or platform products

• Background in early-stage startups

• Familiarity with healthcare operational systems (e.g., ERP, Priority, clinical workflows)

• Exposure to regulated or compliance-heavy environments

• Strong customer-facing experience (requirements, demos, design partners)

• High ownership and accountability

• Engineering Education
