Controller | High-Growth AI Startup | Tel Aviv

A unique opportunity to join a disruptive, high-growth AI startup following successful funding rounds .

We are looking for a talented Controller to join our elite finance team during a rapid scale-up phase, managing a complex and dynamic global operation.

This is a broad and challenging role, involving intensive work with global subsidiaries as we expand at a fast pace.

Full-time on-site position in Tel Aviv.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversight of the core accounting and controllership functions for the company and its global subsidiaries.
Building, implementing, and optimizing end-to-end financial and accounting processes.
Preparing and analyzing quarterly and annual financial statements for investors.
Performing ongoing controls, reconciliations, and handling complex accounting issues.
Analyzing financial data and providing actionable insights to the finance leadership.
Coordinating with external auditors and collaborating with cross-functional internal teams.

Requirements:

CPA from a Big 4 firm – Mandatory!
Following one role in a SaaS company – Mandatory!
Proven hands-on capability alongside the ability to manage broad, high-level processes.
Strong ability to drive processes and establish financial infrastructures.
Ability to work in a high-paced, dynamic environment.
