Product Manager

An Israeli-founded global technology leader specializes in DevSecOps and MLOps, providing an integrated platform for secure and accelerated software delivery. The organization serves thousands of enterprise clients worldwide, including a significant majority of the Fortune 100.

As a pioneer in DevOps infrastructure, the company maintains strategic partnerships with top-tier global hardware and software providers.

With a global workforce of nearly 2,000 professionals, the core R&D and product center is based in Israel.

The company is located in Central Israel (prime location near major transport hubs) and operates a hybrid work model with two days remote flexibility.

Role Overview:

• Product Leadership: Managing a team of 2–3 Product Managers while maintaining a 50% hands-on (HO) presence, serving as a key partner to the Group Director.
• Flagship Security Product: Taking ownership of the company’s leading B2B security product, which secures the software supply chain by validating third-party libraries and files.
• Inbound & Outbound Strategy: Balancing technical product definition with global market engagement, working directly with strategic Fortune 100 enterprise clients.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Driving a deep integration between Product and Engineering units to deliver high-performance security solutions.
• Product Lifecycle: Managing the end-to-end lifecycle of highly technical features, from market analysis and requirement gathering to production-scale deployment.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Product Management Leadership (Team Lead, Principal, or equivalent) – Mandatory.
• 8+ years of professional experience in Product Management – Mandatory.
• Proven track record with B2B enterprise products – Mandatory.
• Significant experience in both Inbound and Outbound product management – Mandatory.
• Deep technical understanding of the DevSecOps, Cybersecurity, or Software Supply Chain sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with and manage requirements for global strategic customers.
