Overview

Responsible for on-site and repair center activities such as installation, implementation, maintenance and repair of company and multi-vendor systems solutions which may include hardware, software and networking products as well as operating systems.
Works on service assignments with clearly defined objectives.
Diagnoses and resolves product performance problems. Performs maintenance and repair services.
Works on on-site customer service and support assignments with broadly defined objectives

Service is performed on Keysight products and/or products manufactured by another company.

Qualifications

Strong electronic education background, understanding of the basics of metrology and troubleshooting skills to perform repair and diagnosis.
Minimum education requirement is practical engineer in electronics.
2-4 years of related experience.
Flexibility to travel to customer location is essential (estimated 50-60% requirement).
Requires general proficiency with tools, systems and procedures to accomplish job.
Strong computer skills as well as ability to communicate in English language are required.
