DevOps Engineer

A global technology company specializes in AI-powered solutions designed to identify and mitigate harmful online content, aiming to create a safer digital environment. The organization employs hundreds of professionals and operates a massive-scale production system handling immense data volumes.

With a significant R&D presence, the firm focuses on high-performance infrastructure to support real-time data processing and advanced AI model deployment.

The company is located in Central Israel (prime location near major transport hubs) and operates a hybrid work model with three days remote flexibility.

Role Overview:

• E2E Infrastructure Ownership: Taking end-to-end responsibility for CI/CD pipelines and data processing workflows within a high-scale environment.
• Cloud Orchestration: Managing and scaling complex infrastructures on AWS using Kubernetes (K8s) and Terraform.
• System Optimization: Ensuring the stability and performance of a production system that supports a massive scale of global data.
• Linux Expertise: Operating and optimizing systems within a deep Linux environment, focusing on automation and system reliability.
• Technical Leadership: Leading the evolution of deployment processes as a senior member of the DevOps team, reporting directly to the Team Lead.

Requirements:

• 5 years of professional experience as a DevOps Engineer – Mandatory.
• Deep hands-on experience with Linux (system internals and development) – Mandatory.
• Significant expertise in Cloud-native development (AWS or GCP) – Mandatory.
• Proven track record with Kubernetes (K8s) in production environments – Mandatory.
• Strong proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (specifically Terraform).
• Experience managing and scaling high-traffic, data-intensive production systems.
