Founding Engineer – AI Startup

We are building an AI-powered real estate platform that helps people find the right home faster and connects them with relevant listings and professionals in the market.

After 15+ years in the real estate industry and building a B2B platform for agents since 2023, we are now pivoting to a much bigger opportunity: creating an AI agent that understands user preferences and matches them with properties and opportunities in real time.

We are looking for a technical co-founder to join the journey and lead the technology side of the company.

Responsibilities

• Build the initial product and technical architecture

• Develop the AI-driven agent and backend systems

• Work closely with the founder to iterate quickly with users

• Help shape the long-term technical vision of the platform

What we're looking for

• Strong software engineering skills (backend / full stack)

• Interest in AI / LLM applications

• Startup mindset and ability to build quickly

• Based in Israel (Hebrew speaking preferred)

• This is a founding role with significant equity.
